Product Information Management (PIM) - Creating items in PIM, PIM tools for uploading/importing items, item categories, item catalog categories, descriptive attributes, item costing (for purchased parts), PIM security and roles.
Inventory - Items, org assignments, item templates, item attributes, descriptive flexfields, item cross references
Bills of Material - BOM and routing understanding (especially in the context of configured / ATO Model items)
Engineering- ECOs
Also,
functional role - perform setups, lead testing, knowledge transfer to the client, production support, troubleshooting Oracle, design refinement, etc.
