Responsibilities:
Provide functional expertise and work with developers and users to leverage technology for business operations
Provide IT expertise in:

Eliciting and defining requirements
Formulating process flows
Configuring systems
Testing
Training users in multiple applications including applications supported by Oracle Financials, Numara FootPrints, and SharePoint
Qualifications:

Training users in multiple applications including applications supported by Oracle Financials, Numara FootPrints, and SharePoint
Qualifications:
3+ years experience in analysis and testing of ERP systems
3+ years experience in requirements gathering, validation, definition, and documentation
3+ years experience in defining, improving, and documenting business processes
3+ years experience in translating requirements into high quality functional specifications and design documents to drive the development effort
3+ years experience in defining use cases, test plans, test cases, and executing and validating tests
3+ years experience working with end users and developers to ensure high quality, on-time outcomes for both simple and complex applications
1+ year(s) experience in supporting ERP and/or other web-based applications
1+ years experience working with technical design requirements for financial system such as Oracle Financials
Experience in the software development life cycle and IT Change Management process
Experience in producing quality training guides for both simple and complex applications
Experience in delivering end user training on custom and commercial software applications
Experience with development, systems configuration, or systems administration
Competent in providing functional expertise to users and other developers
Experience in functional design, documentation, testing, and process improvements
Strong inter-personal and verbal/written communication skills
Flexibility to work independently and in a team environment
Ability to operate independent of supervision with extreme accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to operate under pressure, meeting absolute deadlines
Ability to learn and adapt quickly to a changing environment
Good written and verbal skills to document application requirements
Strong organization and interpersonal skills to work efficiently with different user groups
