Forget squad goals — Zoë Saldana's about to give fellow busy moms some "tribe" goals.
The actress told PEOPLE at the launch party for Verizon's Go90 entertainment platform in Beverly Hills on Thursday that she relies on family and friends when it comes to juggling her work life and her family life with 10-month-old twins Cy Aridio and Bowie Ezio.
"We have a tribe," she says, laughing. "Whenever we're overwhelmed — and when you have twins, you get overwhelmed quite easily and really quickly — you just send out an SOS, man, and they will cancel. They will find a nanny for their kids. They'll bring the kids, and then we end up kind of relaxing."
The Star Trek Beyond actress, 37, says she and husband Marco Perego-Saldana have learned to "lean on" her loved ones.
"The moment anybody goes, 'I'll take care of them' — take them up on it," she tells PEOPLE.
The star says she didn't realize how "fun" being a mom is until becoming one — two times over!
"I was surrounded by way too many moms who are always like, 'Oh my God, I got it so hard,' " she explains. "And my sister was always like, 'It's a piece of cake. It's super awesome.' So I stuck to her, and it's been fun. I feel bad for those women that get super desperate and want to bounce back three months after having a baby. And it's more like, 'Breastfeed. Stay home. Sleep. Your kid is only 3 months old! What are you going to the gym for? Catch up on f—ing reruns of some sort. I definitely took a break."
The actress, who just finished filming Star Trek in Vancouver, shared a sweet photo with both Cy and Bowie (in matching onesies!) before heading out on Thursday night.
"Hard to leave even for a little bit, but Mamá has to go to work," she wrote.
