Jason Flom — the 53-year-old music mogul whose Lava Records is home to Lorde and Jessie J — is spending time with 26-year-old, stunning Somalia-born model Ubah Hassan, sources say.

Flom's been embroiled in a bitter divorce war with his wife, Wendy, since 2010. But music spies say he's found solace in the arms of Hassan — a 5-foot-11½-inch beauty who's been photographed by Steven Meisel and Bruce Weber and was the face of a 2009 Ralph Lauren campaign.

There was buzz about the relationship after a Tao Downtown anniversary party Flom hosted for Lava in September, where he and Hassan were seen looking cozy. Pics also show Flom kissing Hassan and putting his hand on her thigh. The two were seen again last month at a charity dinner hosted by Hassan at Casa la Femme for Lauren Bush Lauren's FEED.

Some friends of Wendy's aren't thrilled that Flom's found love with a much younger woman before their divorce is settled. "He is dating while he's still married. His daughter is about 20," sniffed one. Flom was wed to Wendy, a former Atlantic Records A&R exec, for 20 years before their split. A trial is finally expected to start this year. At stake could be millions made from Lava — which Flom launched in 1995, then sold when he became chairman/CEO of Atlantic Records. He ultimately bought back the name after becoming CEO of Virgin Records as well as Capitol.

High-flying Flom, who's tweeted, "Follow me on Instagram . . . Sunsets, dog pictures, and hookers! (Oops . . . just kidding . . . Music news)," told us: "I don't publicly discuss details of my dating life. Ubah is an amazing girl. She is smart, beautiful and talented, and I'm happy to support her in her charitable endeavors."

Hassan's rep at Women Model Management said: "As far as her personal life, we don't know what she does, and we don't want to know." The beauty's previously said of dating: "Being 5-feet-11½ is wonderful, because when I walk into a club, I'm so tall that no men want to talk to me. I love that. I think, 'Just don't come near me.' " Apparently Flom didn't get the message.
