Daniele Watts, the “Django Unchained” actress who claimed she was racially profiled by Los Angeles cops for making out with a white man, her boyfriend, was charged Tuesday with lewd conduct for allegedly having sex in a car outside CBS Studio Center, TMZ reported.

The LAPD, responding to a complaint about public lewdness on Sept. 11, approached her, asked her for ID and handcuffed her when she refused to provide it. Her accusation that cops accused her of being a prostitute went viral.

She wrote on Facebook in September: “Today I was handcuffed and detained by 2 police officers from the Studio City Police Department after refusing to agree that I had done something wrong by showing affection, fully clothed, in a public place.”

“As I was sitting in the back of the police car, I remembered the countless times my father came home frustrated or humiliated by the cops when he had done nothing wrong,” she wrote.

But evidence contradicted her claims of racism. Photos showed her straddling her boyfriend and an audio exchange further undermined her account.

Also, of the three cops on the scene, one was gay, one Hispanic and one a woman.

After obtaining witness accounts and photos of Watts straddling the man with her breasts exposed, the two were each charged with lewd conduct in public.

The crime is punishable by a maximum of six months in jail.
