Following her striking first shot for her Lancôme spokesperson announcement and her truly stunning editorials for Vogue, there was no doubt that Lupita Nyong’o’s first ad for the beauty company was going to be model-quality and truly memorable. She’s just leaked the first look on her Instagram, and it certainly doesn’t disappoint.

The Oscar winner poses in a sleeveless black dress and gold cuff, forgoing the bright eyeshadow she usually loves in favor of a subtle, bronzed glow designed to showcase and her skin and Lancôme’s Teint Idole foundation (and seriously, we doubt much Photoshop was needed — her skin looks this good even out in the hot sun). And to go with the new ad, the cosmetics company also rounded up Nyongo’o’s favorite products on their site, including a “not sticky” gloss and a “flattering” eyeshadow palette.

In the July issue of Vogue, Nyong’o said of her partnership with the brand, “It’s not about conforming to an already established idea of what is beautiful, and I like that,” echoing what she said in her initial statement, “I am particularly proud to represent [Lancôme's] unique vision for women and the idea that beauty should not be dictated, but should instead be an expression of a woman’s freedom to be herself.”
