Position:Peoplesoft Business Analyst

Description:
PeopleSoft V8.9 Business Systems Analyst needed to support Benefits, PS Query/Reporting, Enterprise Learning Management and other tasks as needed or assigned. 6 month backfill for daily PeopleSoft system support. Provides support for PeopleSoft V8.9 HR Systems researching and resolving HRMS problems, system setup and maintenance. Support within PeopleSoft Core HR, Benefits, PS Query Reporting and ELM (Enterprise Learning Management).
-Researches, analyzes, and resolves routine business/operations problems related to HR systems and functions mentioned above.
-Interfaces with IS to resolve system issues as necessary.
-Works within areas of responsibility on process improvement initiatives. Analyzes work process design, workflow and technology solutions to streamline, automate and improve work processes.
-Assist HR systems Subject Matter Experts with PeopleSoft upgrade tasks as needed to include, research and testing.
-May assist with training and process documentation
-Writes, maintains and supports a variety of reports or queries utilizing PS Query reporting tools.
Assists in the development of standard and complex reports for customers. Assists in the development and maintenance of standardized HR reporting protocol and ensures data integrity and consistency in all reporting aspects.

Advanced experience with Excel and Access Highly desired
