Position:Junior Business Analyst
Location:Boston,MA
Duration:12+ months
Rate:25/Hr on C2C or 1099
Responsibilities:
Act as a liaison between the business client services team and the systems development/support team.
Provide systems support for the client services team by investigating/troubleshooting client processing issues.
Develop a strong understanding of Infomediary and client message processing to better respond to support issues.
Coordinate issue resolution with the client services team and other systems teams.
Contribute to the design and planning of improved tools and processes for the support team.
Maintain message routing rules to support client message delivery requests
Provide systems and regression testing support for client processing fixes and enhancements
Participate in review of daily processing to ensure overall system health
Skills:
Ability to work in team environment.
Strong organizational, analytical skills.
Client and systems support orientation
Ability to independently manage, organize and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to quickly grasp and master client requirements and related processing issues.
Ability to adjust to tight deadlines or unexpected requirement changes.
Extremely detail oriented.
Knowledge of SQL.
Nice to have:
Worked in Financial Intuition
Knows SWIFT
Knows FIX
Understands high value transaction processing
