DESCRIPTION:
Provide consultation to maintenance and monitoring of to existing SQL Server 2005 and SQL Server 2008 databases.
Manages all activities related to the administration of SQL Instances, SQL Server Replication, SQL Server Integration Services, log shipping and databases.
Provides technical support and guidance in the investigation, analysis, and resolution of SQL Server instance, database, SQL Server Replication, and data warehouse build problems.
Provides technical support and guidance in the investigation, analysis, and resolution of ETL processes and data sync problems.
Provides operational support for instance and database security, data inquiries, and traces.
Install and configure SQL Server instances and/or databases.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
Education o Bachelors Degree in CIS/Computer Science or training in related area or comparable experience
Technical Knowledge of at least 5 years working experience in MS SQL database administration
Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server 2005 or higher o Advanced knowledge of SQL Server Replication
Advanced knowledge of SQL Server Integration Services
Advanced knowledge of SQL Server log shipping
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems
