Title: Python / Perl Developer
Location – Downtown Chicago, IL
Project duration – 3 months with no hard cutoff date but may be extended
Comm skills are extremely important
Project Overview:
My client is looking for at least two Python/Perl Developers to get them back up to speed for 2-3 months. They are looking to speed up their process on the BI/ETL side and if they aren't updating their databases fast enough. They are behind on getting data into dimensionalized and loaded data. They are loading this data into home grown script build from their California.
Technical Requirements
Must Haves:
· Experience with command/shell scripting in Python or Perl.
· Experience in an Agile environment
Plus:
· Micro Strategy – MSTR (Business Intelligence Software) ( used for Getting data dimensionalized and loaded)
· Vertica for cloud data (Analytic Database Mgmt software)
· Experience working in small groups/companies
Key Skills:

#3 Driving Delivery
