Description:
Expert level knowledge of PHP, HTML, XML, DHTML, CSS and JavaScript
Proven ability to work with all members of a extended and diverse project team
Capable of being a hands-on Web Development resource and providing guidance to small teams of junior Web Developers
Experience reviewing and updating requirements and/or functional specifications
Must be detail-oriented, self-organized and capable of tracking multiple issues simultaneously
Should have a clear understanding of standard web development process and technical production
Expert level knowledge of PHP, HTML, XML, DHTML, CSS and JavaScript
Proven ability to work with all members of a extended and diverse project team
Capable of being a hands-on Web Development resource and providing guidance to small teams of junior Web Developers

SPECIFIC SKILLS REQUIRED
Required:
3+ years of hands-on web development, including XML, DHTML, and CSS.
3+ years experience with PHP
Experience with Javascript frameworks (YUI preferred)
Significant experience with commercial code and release management tools (e.g. – Sharepoint, Perforce, Clearcase, CVS) required.
Experience with agile scrum development methodology and experience with lean/kanban agile desired.
Experience with Behavior Driven Development as associated tools, such as JBehave and Selenium.
Experience with cross-browser optimization, progressive enhancement coding, and performance code optimization
Experience with multi-tiered and publicly accessible web applications.
Basic understanding of Java a strong plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong troubleshooting skills
Experience with Content Management Systems required
