Position:QA Tester   
Location:Celebration, FL
Duration:  6 months

Description:

This position is part of the BT Sustainment Team and will be responsible for successfully implementing the HR Travel & Recruitment & Transactional e-mail Projects-.  This role involves oversight of all testing efforts.  The candidate must have the following qualifications:

General SDLC Knowledge
Understanding of the software development lifecycle
Deep understanding of the role of QA and Testing in software development

Testing Methodology
Experience with requirements-driven testing
Test Case creation
Defect management process
Reporting Metrics of test case execution and defect statuses
Experience writing test plans

Testing Tools
Familiar with HP Quality Center
Experience with creating Test Plans, Test Cases, and Defect reports

Requirements
Ability to work effectively with a team or individually
Minimum 4 years experience in Quality Assurance role required
Understanding of requirements driven testing and traceability methodologies
Understanding of how to construct and document test cases
Understanding of defect identification and documentation techniques
Ability to effectively manage priorities in an ever-changing environment
Willingness to perform all duties required to successfully deliver client solutions
Clear and concise documentation skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively on concurrent, multiple tasks and sub-projects
Ability to build relationships with clients and technology peers to successfully implement projects, find synergies with other strategic initiatives and to reuse opportunities

Desired Skills
Familiar with the Cruise industry
Experience working in a Testing Center of Excellence environment
