Required skills and experience:
Advanced Drupal CMS skills including module development with a focus on best practices and security
At least 5 years experience in Developing in PHP
At least 5 years experience with MySQL 5, database administration is a bonus.
At least 1 year working experience with Perl, server side scripting
Experience working in a VPS environment, preferably Rackspace.
At least 3 years experience with Apache 2.2 web server, including configuration, mod_rewrite, and mod_security
Experience scoping complex projects and working with tight deadlines
Working as part of a team consisting of a variety of groups

Familiarity with the forms, views, and schema APIs are good.
We also do PCI and vulnerability management, so writing secure web apps helps. Way too many programmers / consultants are just interested in cracking out a job without making sure that it is scalable / secure.
