Luck is on Azealia Banks' side.
The troubled "212" rapper, 24, will not be charged for allegedly assaulting a security guard at Los Angeles nightclub Break Room 86 back in October, reports TMZ.
The news comes as a surprise given the altercation was caught on camera.
Insiders tell the site the Los Angeles city attorney rejected the case because of the lack of evidence and that it's unclear who the initial aggressor was.
The bouncer didn't suffer any injuries from the incident.
Banks was most recently arrested for allegedly biting the boob of a female security guard at New York City's Up&Down club in December.
