Some rowdy concertgoers received an etiquette lesson at Mariah Carey's Christmas show at the Beacon on Wednesday night.
Older fans in the audience scolded younger fans who dared to speak during the diva's set.
A couple of millennials — seemingly unaware that Carey was performing mostly Christmas hits from her holiday albums — boozed and gabbed loudly as she sweetly crooned "Silent Night."
A fed-up fan barked at them, "Excuse me! Mariah is singing!" The chatterboxes apologized and zipped their lips.
A Carey flack later blew her stack when some other fans took it upon themselves to upgrade their seats by moving up to occupy those meant for Carey's twins, Moroccan and Monroe, who appeared near the end of the show.
Carey performed as if she were reliving her '90s heyday, hitting all of the right notes, spies said.
She teased "Fantasy" at the beginning of the evening before stopping and reminding the crowd, "It's not that kind of show." But she did squeeze in a few nonseasonal hits like, "We Belong Together," "Emotions" and "Hero."
At one point, a Santa hopped onstage and tossed out gifts. Carey concluded with a shout-out to her kids and "All I Want for Christmas Is You."
