NEW YORK - January 10, 2014 - - The TODAY show is heading west to sunny California for Hollywood's biggest night. On Sunday, January 12, Matt Lauer, Savannah Guthrie, Carson Daly and Tamron Hall will host The 2014 Golden Globe Arrivals Special live on NBC (7 p.m. ET). From the famed red carpet, the pre-show will feature interviews with Globes nominees and the brightest stars in the film and television industry. The 71st Annual Golden Globe Awards will air on NBC (8 - 11p.m. ET), immediately following the pre-show.

On Monday, January 13, TODAY will broadcast a special split edition with Savannah Guthrie, Al Roker and Carson Daly live from Los Angeles, and Matt Lauer and Natalie Morales live from New York. The program will feature interviews with Globes winners, and the TODAY show hosts will give viewers an exclusive look at the big night with a backstage pass to all of the events and parties.

As previously announced, Matt Lauer will host a primetime special "Going for Gold," featuring interviews with Globes nominees including Bradley Cooper, Brad Pitt and the cast of 12 Years a Slave, Bryan Cranston, Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Justin Timberlake, Carey Mulligan and many more. "Going for Gold," an NBC News production, airs tonight, Friday, January 10 (8pm ET).
