Singer. Model. And now owner of what may be the world's most truly outstanding high-top fade. Erykah Badu falls under many labels, but none of them are "boring."

The star debuted her newest hair look on her Facebook profile with the caption "Still high and faded …" Behind her, her hairdresser Chuck Amos appears to be putting the finishing touches on her gravity-defying do, though he's wearing the same expression we make when we're pretty sure our Jenga move is going to be the one that topples the whole tower.

Badu's fans were vocal about her new look, leaving comments on the photo that ranged from "I love this cut ma…it is fresh to def…" to "I love u but why?" However, we have a feeling that Badu isn't taking anyone else's opinions of her cut into consideration; after all, this is the woman who accepted a $500 disorderly conduct fine for walking naked in Dallas for a music video and who's earned the highest praise from Givenchy mastermind Riccardo Tisci.
