Position:Front End Java Developer
Location:Winston Salem,NC
Duration:6-9 month
Rate:$48/hr on corp to corp or 1099
Description/ Responsibilities:
Works independently on complex programming tasks. Provides analysis of problems, recommends, and implements solutions.
Works within established procedures to develop, test, implement, and maintain application software. Recommends improvements to established processes, develops implementation plans, and assists in rollout.
Participates in and initiates improvements to established team processes, design, and coding standards, and influences others to adopt.
Troubleshooting and problem resolution of critical issues that may involve many systems and platforms, within a complex infrastructure. Could be working on multiple large projects concurrently. Ability to multi-task is critical.
4+ years of Java experience in core java server-side development with 3+ years working on large complex systems.
Experience with Java 5 or higher.
Excellent problem solving and debugging skills.
Experience with common Java application development related technologies - EJB, Servlets, JDBC, XML, Struts, Web Services and other Java APIs. (Wickets is a plus)
Work within JBoss, WebLogic, and WebSphere application server environments.
Experience with JDBC, SQL, HTML, JavaScript, and JSP.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
