Security Program Manager
As a Technical Program Manager in the Office of Information Security, you will own and drive enterprise-level projects that will improve the security infrastructure and operations. You will interact with people at all levels to coordinate, communicate and champion these security initiatives and drive them to successful implementation. You should have a solid background in IT as well as proven experience in the security space.

As a Technical Program Manager in the Office of Information Security, you will own and drive enterprise-level projects that will improve the security infrastructure and operations. You will interact with people at all levels to coordinate, communicate and champion these security initiatives and drive them to successful implementation. You should have a solid background in IT as well as proven experience in the security space.
Description of responsibilities:
Create and manage security infrastructure projects & drive to completion
Perform product evaluations, recommend and assist in the implementation of products/services in the security space.
Validates and tests security architecture and design solutions to produce detailed engineering specifications with recommended vendor technologies.
Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and other key documents that keep the project on track for successful execution and on-time delivery.
Gather and document the customers technical, functional and business requirements
Create detailed product requirements documents, including process flows, use cases, and mock-ups, which illustrate new proposed system features in a clear and logical manner.
Lead all aspects of internal and/or vendor system implementation projects, in close collaboration with resources representing various business units, IT groups, Security Architecture, Security Operations, and other departments.
Proactively set and manage expectations (of both the customer and management)
Create and manage security infrastructure projects & drive to completion

Technical Skills Required (either hands-on or in a PM capacity):
Minimum of 4 years experience in technical program management or in an IT/security technical role
Experience managing complex and large-scale technology projects
Experience working with leading firewall, network scanning and intrusion detection products and authentication technologies (either hands-on or from a PM perspective)
Four or more years of experience in network, host, data and/or application security in multiple operating system environments
Experience working with IP networking, networking protocols and understanding of security related technologies including encryption, IPsec, PKI, VPNs, firewalls, proxy services, DNS, electronic mail and access-lists
Experience working with internet, web, application and network security techniques
Experience working with relevant operating system security (Windows, Solaris, Linux, etc.)
Possess security certifications (CISSP, CCNA, etc)
