Halle Berry seems be embracing aspects of her new single life, but a source tells PEOPLE the star is "not dating."
Berry, who announced her split from husband Olivier Martinez in October, has kept positive about her pending divorce in the months since, and things between her and the actor have remained amicable.
A source close to Martinez says that the star is not dating, either, and is mostly "doing okay."
"He is still very disappointed about the divorce," the source says.
The source adds that proceedings with Berry, 49, "have been quiet," and that "they are still working out the divorce details, but there is no fighting. Olivier is spending as much time with Maceo as possible."
The pair, who were married for two years, share son Maceo-Robert, 2. They were previously spotted out together in November after the split, and other sources have told PEOPLE that they wish to avoid a custody battle.
