Mariah Carey and Australian billionaire James Packer continued to show off their new romance on Friday, packing on some sweet PDA while visiting Portofino, Italy.

The couple, who are vacationing around the Mediterranean, were caught sharing an affectionate kiss as they rode a ferry to and from the tony Italian town.

Packer, 47, a media mogul, held tight to Carey's hand as they explored the famed vacation spot.

The singer, 45, wore a patterned maxi dress for the stroll, pairing the longsleeve gown with cork wedges and big sunglasses. Carey's windswept, curly hair added to the relaxed vibe.

Packer looked sailing-chic in a white polo shirt and matching white pants.

The couple was spotted last weekend with their respective children (Carey's 4-year-old twins with ex Nick Cannon, and Parker's three children with ex Erica Baxter) in Capri, an island off the Southern coast of Italy.

A source close to Carey told PEOPLE the couple is "enjoying spending time with each other," while a Packer source said the "brand new" relationship has "been bubbling for a couple of months."

Cannon divorced Cannon in 2014, while Packer, who's been married twice, split from wife Baxter in 2013.
