Zoë Kravitz knows she won the genetic lottery.
The stunning starlet, 26, knows a lot of what she has — her looks, opportunities and money — can be attributed to her parents, the famously beautiful and talented Lisa Bonet and Lenny Kravitz, but that doesn't mean she's not willing to put in the work.
Kravitz — who, besides appearing in two of this year's most buzzed-about movies, "The Divergent Series: Insurgent" and "Mad Max: Fury Road," also tours regularly with her indie rock band, Lolawolf — recently told GQ she isn't content to just let success come to her, she's going to go out and grab it.
"It's so much work," she told the magazine about her overstuffed schedule. "But let's be real: I'm not doing this for the money."
She's not about to slow down on doing what she loves, either. The actress also stars in the soon-to-be-released Sundance favorite "Dope" and has no plans to put Lolawolf on the back burner, even as she gets more and more high-profile acting gigs.
"We're still in that phase of paying our dues," she told the magazine.
