The Original Christmas Classics
Though they weren't physically present, John Legend and Chrissy Teigen supported the N.Y.C. Eric Garner protests this weekend.
The singer and his supermodel wife (and one of our favorite celeb foodies) hired a number of food trucks to hand out free food during the demonstrations following a N.Y.C. grand jury's decision last week to not indict a white police officer in the chokehold death of an unarmed black man.
"So much love for the super generous & thoughtful @chrissyteigen @johnlegend for their support. #BlackLivesMatter Now come get fed!" tweeted the Korean BBQ food truck Kimchi Taco.
In response, Teigen tweeted, " @KimchiTruck @johnlegend wish we could be there!! thank you for being a part of it!"
And the generosity didn't stop there. Teigen says the food trucks donated all the extra food to the homeless.
