Janelle Monáe has canceled her upcoming Australian tour due to an undisclosed illness, Billboard.com reports.

Monae, 28, initially canceled a show on Saturday in Melbourne and a second performance on Monday in Sydney before nixing the whole tour.

"Due to Janelle Monae's continuing illness it has been confirmed that the remainder of 'The Golden Electric Tour' has been canceled and there will be no rescheduled performances," tour promoter Live Nation said in a statement.

It's unclear what this means for Monae's future tour dates. She's scheduled to return to the U.S. for a show in Philadelphia on May 31.
