Bow down, indeed.
Forbes released its annual list of the World's Most Powerful Women today, which features 100 of the fiercest females ranked by money, media momentum and social impact.
And in addition to powerful CEOs and influential politicians, a number of famous faces have made the cut—many for the second time, including Oprah Winfrey, Beyoncé and Angelina Jolie.
The Maleficent star, who serves as special envoy for the U.N. High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), nabbed the No. 50 spot on the list, but she was no match for Jay Z's missus, who came in at No. 17, thanks to her Super Bowl performance, the success of her Mrs. Carter Show world tour and the unprecedented release of her self-titled visual album.
This year also marks the 10th anniversary of Forbes annual list, which has featured Oprah Winfrey (No. 14), Hilary Clinton (No. 6) and Melinda Gates (No. 3), among others, every year since 2004.
As for the other lucky ladies in the entertainment biz?
Ellen DeGeneres (No. 46), Shakira (No. 58) and Lady Gaga (No. 67) all appear on the highly coveted list, as well as newly single Sofía Vergara who nabbed spot No. 32.
As for the No. 1 slot? That title belongs to German Chancellor Angela Merkel, who has made the list 10 times—nine at No. 1.
First lady Michelle Obama wasn't far behind, taking home the No. 8 spot and barely beating out Facebook COO Sheryl Sandburg, who came in at No. 9.
This year also saw the rise of female entrepreneurs, with names such as Miuccia Prada, Tory Burch and Diane Von Furstenberg making the cut.
What do you think of the lucky list of ladies?
