Solange Knowles celebrated the weekly tradition by tweeting a picture of herself posing alongside Destiny's Child and Bow Wow.

The almost 15-year-old pic shows Beyoncé, Michelle Williams and Kelly Rowland in matching denim outfits (thanks, Tina Knowles!) with perfectly oiled skin.

"Speaking of which, why didn't no body put the baby oil on my abs?" Solange wrote as a caption to the cute image.

She added, "Oh the year 2000."

Solange is shown wearing a striped tummy-baring ensemble with a large purple hat.

Meanwhile, look at how young Bow Wow was!

The rapper is seen pointing at the camera wearing a Gucci hat and an oversize tan top. Too cute!

Queen Bey has also been known to jump in on the throwback fun.

She took to Instagram to post this precious photo from her days as a wee one in diapers, which she simply captioned, "tbt." In the snapshot, baby Bey shyly smiles at the camera, wearing a light pink dress, white shoes and gold earrings.

She's also posted images from her days as a Destiny's Child singer as well as several shots of her mother as a schoolgirl.
