Ross began dating the Interscope co-founder after her then-husband Rupert Sanders was caught having an affair with Kristen Stewart.
Ross and Iovine threw a holiday bash at his Holmby Hills mansion this week, complete with Mary J. Blige singing carols. Guests included Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson, Sean "Diddy" Combs, Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale, and Dr. Dre.
