Position:Oracle Enterprise . Manager (OEM).
Location: Chicago, IL
Duration: 4-6 Months
Interview: Phone and then face to face, skype possible with non locals
 
Position needed is an on-site consultant for Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM)
* Should have both administrative and application development experience
* Should be able to combine multiple technologies to provide alternative physical solutions
* Performs analysis of business models, logical specifications and/or user requirements to design solutions. Responsible for the application development as well as the application environment
* Understands various types of tools and technologies on the market and their appropriate usage
* Responsibilities extend to all components of an application and application environment including front, back, and middle tiers where applicable. These individuals can lead a tool evaluation effort, including the definition of the evaluation criteria, identification of tools to be evaluated, and the actual evaluation
* Work may involve interacting with and managing product vendors/suppliers
* Perform as a Team Leader when required
* Able to deliver projects independently with minimum supervision

 

Qualified candidates for this opening MUST have at least 1-year of experience in the following:
1. Install, configure and administer Oracle Enterprise Manager 11g/12c and associated plug-ins and agents.
2. Design and build infrastructure for hosting Oracle Enterprise Manager 11g/12c
3. Configure OWMS out of box security policies and develop custom OWMS security policies
4. Build and administrate (including performance tuning) Weblogic, Oracle Service Bus and SOA Suite domains
5. Unix shell scripting
6. Weblogic scripting tool
Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of experience on Oracle Service Bus, Oracle SOA Suite and Oracle Enterprise Manager.
