Position: HRIS Analyst
Location: Plano, Texas
Duration: 5 Months

The HRIS Analyst works within the Human Resources team to evaluate HRIS software and hardware needs and may design new or modify existing HRIS to meet changing demands.
Responsibilities of HRIS Analyst:
-Responsible for business requirements document, test case creatiion, process change, and test case execution as part of a collaborative team.
-Works with payroll and IT personnel to evaluate changes, coordinate related testing, identify cutover and deployment criteria, and prepares change communication.
-Serves as HR department liaison to MIS/IT function.
Requirements/Skills for HRIS Analyst:
Must have SAP HR and Payroll experience with preferred concentration in time system changes, configuration and pay frequency set up experience. Level V is a Subject Matter Expert with 8-12 years f Experience
