Mariah Carey, wearing a studded arm sling for her dislocated shoulder, looked hesitant when she arrived at the party for The Weinstein Company's "The Butler" at the Bowery Hotel. Nick was gentle and put his arm around her and said, 'Baby, do you want to go in?' She responded, 'Where's a drink? It's so crowded. I think I need a drink,' " before entering the area one guest at the DeLeon-sponsored bash dubbed "The Diva Section." Director Lee Daniels hit the dance floor and Naomi Watts did some "sexy dance moves" for husband Liev Schreiber, putting her leg around him. The film got a standing ovation at the Ziegfeld. Also there were Forest Whitaker, Jane Fonda, Cuba Gooding Jr., Lenny Kravitz , Gayle King, Liam Hemsworth and Anna Wintour, who when asked if Winfrey would be the next major movie star, replied, "Isn't she already?"
