Position:QA Architect

Location:Boca Raton, FL 

Duration:6+Months or More

Face to face interview if they pass the first 2 phone interviews

Decription:

-Must have experience working with Mainframe, Distributed Systems, and SQL

-Role is a mix between a Test Architect and Process Architect

-They also must be able to write manual test strategies, not automated. 

-Experience with B2B, Gateway, ETL, Cognos, BI/Data Testing would be a huge plus. 

-Will work closely with the PMO, the QA Tactical Team and the QA Manager to develop quality testing and services. 

-Will be accountable for the current and future quality architecture for all of their various PMO's. 

-Will assist in developing a quality management model for the PMO, partnering with the PMO for mentoring and guidance in best practices; define a QMS for the company, mentor fellow QA team members and more. 

-This role is 75% technical testing architecture and leadership, 25% process architecture

 

This individual will be responsible for:

 

-Create the QA System Documentation on our WIKI using Sharepoint

-Responsible for creating the High Level Testing Framework and Strategies for large projects and sometimes even medium sized projects

-Track and report KPIs across all projects

-Responsible to identify all Process Improvement Opportunities

-Responsible to coordinate all testing efforts across multiple platforms and teams

-Responsible for risk determination and analysis

-Responsible for overall metrics

-Resource Planning

-Responsible to provide estimates

-Responsible for test results reporting and analysis

-Responsible for updating and maintaining organizational scorecards

We are actively speaking with applicants that have a minimum of: 

-Advanced knowledge of Quality Assurance and Quality Control

-At least 4 years in a team lead and architect capacity within QA

-Proven ability and background with detail project management.

-Excellent organizational and follow up skills.

-Quality oriented and committed to following process guidelines.

-Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

-Excellent writing, editing and proof reading skills.

-Prior experience with test management required.

-Ability to multitask on several projects simultaneously

-Ability to measure post production defects and compare/analyze them to the project

-Ability to identify regression test planning with efficient usability

-Technologies like B2B,Real Time Messaging, ETL, Cognos are a PLUS!!

-BI or Data warehouse skills are a plus!
