Job Description:
§ Document System Requirements for Provider and Claims Projects
§ Develop design specifications by interpreting business requirements and understanding architectural standards (i.e. Mapping and Technical Design documents)
§ Create SQL Queries to write business prcoess rule, design tables and support system testing
§ Lead moderately complex JAD sessions
§ Provide consultative support for the Data Warehouse Team
§ Understand interface points of systems (Data Modeling Design)
§ Provide input specifications for test plans
§ Partner with Business Analyst and other IT staff to ensure the design fulfills business and technical requirements
§ Execute system testing and review test results for any system modification
§ Are assigned to design, develop and maintain tables in DB2/Mainframe
§ Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships Internal and external
§ Participate in User Acceptance Testing

§ Understand the requirements gathering methodologies and System Development Life Cycle.
§ Understand the typical architecture standards and can apply them in their design work.
§ Should be able to design a moderate systems integration effort.
