Job description:
Summary:
Formulate the test strategy and approach for testing new data quality solution.
Be able to manage test process and remediation in an Agile environment using Scrum methodology with Munich RE approach.
Build a test framework for Test Data Preparation, Test Case Design & Execution, OLAP & Cube Testing, and Reports Testing.
Participate in Requirements Gathering and design Phase.
Manage test cycle risks by coordinating with scrum master.
Coordinate UAT testing with business, by providing training and guidance on test case development and data preparation.
Generate reporting for senior management and project team on status of testing cycles, and defects.
Manage and mentor functional testers and business testers.
Be a hands-on Test Lead by executing test cases in QC and follow through with Defect remediation.

User Stories development from backlog to product logs (1-5 years).
Experience and participation in requirements gathering (at least 5 years)
IBM Mainframe and DB2 (general understanding).
MS-SQL Server (1 to2 years)
SQL Scripting (light knowledge, with ability to run general queries)
Good understanding of downstream systems in an integrated environment.
HP Quality Center experience (1-3 years)
Test Case Execution and Defect Remediation ( 5 years)
Experience with Data Driven test scenarios (5 years).
Agile with Scrum (1-5 years)
