So why did the 46-year-old actress appear to have a skull and crossbones tattoo on her right hand when she was spotted out in L.A. Wednesday? It's fake, people!

But Nahla's hot mama does have some real ink on her body. During her marriage to baseball player David Justice from 1993 to 1996, the Cloud Atlas star got his name tattooed on her rear end.

"Tattooing someone else's name on my body was a dumb thing to do," she admitted to InStyle last year. "Now that tattoo is covered up with a bigger one, but if I had to do it again, I would never have gotten any!"

Hear that, kids? Think before you ink, especially when it comes to matters of the heart!
