Position:Web Development Business Analyst
Location: Lexington, KY
Duration: 12 Months
Position Responsibilities:
• Confer with clients, systems analysts, engineers, programmers and others to obtain and document system requirements.
• Maintain a requirements traceability matrix and other requirements related documents throughout the life of the project.
• Modify existing software requirements to correct errors, allow it to adapt to new business rules or logic.
• Document or participate in software system testing and validation procedures.
• Confer with clients, systems analysts, engineers, programmers and others to obtain and document system requirements.
• Maintain a requirements traceability matrix and other requirements related documents throughout the life of the project.
• Modify existing software requirements to correct errors, allow it to adapt to new business rules or logic.
• Document or participate in software system testing and validation procedures.

• Time Management Skills – The ability to work on multiple tasks productively.

Preferred Techinical Skills:
• Extensive and advanced knowledge of web design and development using HTML, HTML5, JSP, JSTL, JSP Tag libraries, JavaScript, DHTML, PHP, MySQL, jQuery, AJAX, CSS, XHTML, XML, JSON and Flash
• Knowledge and demonstrated experience with cross-browser and cross-platform issues (IE, Firefox, Safari, etc.)
• Experience working with Adobe Omniture web analytics tool
• Experience with online digital media
• Experience with source management systems SVN (repo), Ant/Maven (build)
• Experience with Enterprise CMS
• Knowledge of Java and J2EE applications
