Must Haves:
5+ years of Peoplesoft HRMS Development experience
SQR Query Experience
SQL Query Experience
Experience Developing Appliances
5+ years of Peoplesoft HRMS Development experience
SQR Query Experience
SQL Query Experience
Experience Developing Appliances
Plus:
Experience with the Payroll Module (Specifically Tax Updates and Payroll Configurations)
Previous experience working with Hewitt and Associates
Portal Development Experience
Component Interface Development Experience
Experience using XML Publisher
Day to Day:
The Peoplesoft Development team consisted of 5 people. Recently they had one person retire and one leave for another opportunity. Currently their team is EXTREMELY heads down. They are looking to get away from that type of developer and hire people that have the ability to be involved in requirement gathering and technical documentation. The position itself is 85% development and they do receive requirements form 2 fulltime Business Analyst's but they environment is becoming more complex and they need developers that can provide recommendations and input, not just code. They are looking to implement a portal as well, any exposure to portal development would be a plus.
