Mariah Carey took a break from a recent beach vacation in Australia to pose for a photo in her teeny red bikini. The American Idol judge — overseas for a series of performances Down Under — showed off her 70-lb. weight loss (check out that toned tummy!) in her swimsuit and denim miniskirt, reminding us of her oh-so-sexy "Honey" days.

After welcoming twins Monroe and Moroccan in 2011, Carey joined Jenny as a spokeswoman, modifying her diet to lose her baby weight.

"The first week, I lost 40 lbs. … of just water," Carey told Rosie O'Donnell when revealing her slimmer figure in 2011. "It was just water, initially. When I started with the program, I lost at least 30 lbs. of weight that needed to be lost."

And though she did talk about her weight loss a fair amount at the time, Carey always said it wasn't to flaunt her fitness — but to help motivate others. "The whole point of this is not just like: 'Oh, hey, look at me and my weight loss, I'm fantastic,'" she said. "It's really health."
