We constantly ask ourselves how to be more like Beyoncé, and now, thank Hov, she's ready to share her secrets.

On Tuesday, Jay-Z's wife launched Beyhive, a blog featuring "all the inspiring things" she encounters in her daily life. Queen Bey wrote that she wants "to show that world what [my fans] do and how much I appreciate you."

Like BFF Gwyneth Paltrow's Goop, Beyhive will feature some of Bey's favorite things (from shoes to movies). She also showcases people who inspire her (including Barack Obama and Michael Jackson), photography from her stylist (very cool) and fan art (ours isn't up there—yet).

But fans of Bey, that's not all. In a newly released pic from her sexy GQ photoshoot, the 31-year-old superstar poses in a Nets cap, white bra and Calvin Klein underwear.

Jay-Z, you are one lucky, lucky man.
