If you're heading for the perfume counter to sniff-test the Fashion Star mentor's namesake fragrance, you're better off going to the zoo.

"We smell the same," Richie Tweeted on Monday, along with a picture taken of her holding an elephant's trunk.

Richie has long been a fan of the animal, and even incorporated an elephant into her wedding to Joel Madden in 2010.

Not only does Richie prize the elephant as a symbol of luck, it seems the two have at least one thing in common.
