The executors of Whitney Houston's estate have filed a legal petition in Georgia to restructure inheritance payments made to the tragic singer's daughter Bobbi Kristina Brown.

The hitmaker's mother, Cissy Houston, and her sister-in-law, Marion Houston, have been overseeing the Grammy winner's financial matters since her sudden death in February but now they are seeking permission to amend the 19 year old's payment plan to prevent Bobbi Kristina from wasting her assets.

In documents filed at the Fulton County Superior Court on Sept. 25, the pair argues Brown "is a highly visible target for those who would exert undue influence over her inheritance and/or seek to benefit from respondent's resources and celebrity".

Brown is currently gearing up to launch her own U.S. reality show, The Houstons: On Our Own, later this month.
