The biggest stars in Hollywood are coming together Friday for Stand Up to Cancer's third prime-time fundraising special.

Tom Hanks, Justin Timberlake, Julia Roberts and more will appear on the Gwyneth Paltrow-produced telecast to raise money for the fight against cancer. Supporters can call in and donate money to the cause during the commercial-free event.

The fundraiser will also include performances by Taylor Swift, Coldplay, Alicia Keys and Tim McGraw.

Stand Up to Cancer airs Friday at 8/7c simultaneously on ABC, CBS, Fox, NBC, E!, HBO, Showtime, TBS and VH1.
