Position:Junior T-SQL Developer
Duration:1 Year
Location: Malvern, PA
Rate: $40/hr MAX on Coro to Corp max

Most important skills:
2+ years with T-SQL development / coding experience resolving performance issues, trouble-shooting, and query tuning, 2+ years with T-SQL coding experience working in a production environment (preferably a 24/7 environment) & 2+ years experience building and deploying DB objects
Need overall SQL Server knowledge/background - preferably a rising star in one particular area
NEED SQL Database development – 2-3 years SQL development experience
Reporting and SSIS background is good but also need some hardcore OLTP experience in a large database environment
Recent coding background
DON'T WANT more of a DBA and support guy with SSIS experience
DBA/support/SSIS is all just a "plus" but not a "must have."

Good communication skills, able to work as part of a team. Self-motivated, ability to take initiative when required.
Preferred, but not required:
Experience working in an agile environment
Experience with test-driven development
Experience working with off-shore resources
