Position:Technical Business Analyst

Duration:3 month probationary period , then open ended

Description:
Must have technical skills : Cognos 10.0 Report Studio Author, Strong SQL query skills, MS Excel, MS Access and MS Office Products.
Nice to have : Visual Basic, Web applications.
Experience: +5 years of insurance business analyst experience is a must.
Education: Bachelors or equivalent work experience.
Length of employment: 3 month probationary period , then open ended.
Candidate will work with up to 30 different resources; Internal (20) and external brokers (10).
Onsite work hours for this role are from 9 AM to 5 PM.
Additional key attributes: Candidate must be articulate, thorough and have superior work ethics.
Analytical and understanding of complex concepts.
Self motivated, flexible and excellent communication skills.
Will work closely with the operations' business units to create and modify management reports.
