Description:
This individual is a strong contributor in the domain of software testing and quality assurance. S/he is able to propose and/or develop verification and validation approaches for mitigating business risk through the development of test automation frameworks. Knowledge of QA best practices, test methods, tools and techniques is mature. S/he applies solid verbal and written communication skills to communicate their expertise, design solutions, contribute to the maturation of the test organization, impact the project and reduce the firm's total cost of ownership. S/he will be tasked to develop a SilkTest automation framework for an n-tier financial application.
This individual is a strong contributor in the domain of software testing and quality assurance. Testing and Release Services
Knowledge of and experience in the Financial Industry, in particular the Securities business, is preferred.
7+ years of strong technical competency testing web applications
3+ years with SilkTest, preferably with the Open Agent
Advanced understanding of test design
General Windows and Unix technical skills and experience
