Victoria's Secret beauty Selita Ebanks has been accused of breaking another model's nose.

Liza Irizarry was partying at Miami, Florida's Dream nightclub last November when she spotted the 29 year old's boyfriend and longtime friend Terrence J, and greeted him with a kiss on the cheek - much to Ebanks' distaste.

Irizarry said, "When she saw me, she said, 'Don't be kissing my man.' I said to myself, 'So what, that's my friend.' That's when she hit me on the nose. I went to swing back - that's when all her friends jumped in. I felt hair pulling and fists coming at me."

The following day, the Telemundo model flew back to New York for a doctor's appointment, where she was diagnosed with a complex nasal fracture and obstruction, both of which required immediate surgery.

Irizarry met with lawyers in the Big Apple on Monday and plans to file an assault and battery lawsuit at the Hudson County Superior Court in the coming days. She is seeking damages for the cost of her medical bills, as well as compensation for pain and suffering.

According to the New York Daily News, Ebanks' lawyer Paul Rothenberg has denied the allegations, calling the claims "baseless" and "completely without merit".
