Required Skills:
6 yrs of exp supporting PeopleSoft HCM application in a lead role with recent version of PeopleSoft
6 yrs of previous relevant experience delivering ERP systems that facilitate organizational effectiveness via efficient business processes, reporting and customer service.
3 yrs of Project Management experience
Experience and understanding of HR, Payroll, Benefit and Compensation and Budget department operational needs and business requirements.
Strong ability to work effectively with college students, faculty, and staff in a culturally diverse metropolitan university
Strong PeopleSoft HCM version 8.0 experience
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Suite Products (VISIO, Word, Excel, SharePoint, MS Project, and PowerPoint)
6 yrs of exp supporting PeopleSoft HCM application in a lead role with recent version of PeopleSoft
