Rihanna has sparked fears for her health after showing fans a photograph of an IV drip attached to her arm.
The pop star posted the picture on her Twitter page on Tuesday night, just days after telling fans she was feeling unwell following her performance on Saturday Night Live.
The IV snap was uploaded with no comment or caption after one of her followers asked where she was as she had been "quiet all day". The image is believed to have been taken recently as it clearly shows the same elaborate fingernail design she sported at New York's Met Gala on Monday night.
However, the Umbrella hitmaker was well enough to board a plane a few hours later, tweeting, "My ride home NY days LA nights."
Rihanna uploaded a similar picture last year after she was hospitalized with exhaustion.
