Position:Oracle HRMS Test Analysts
Location:Arlington, VA

Descritpion:
This is supporting North American HRMS roll out. Key modules are Core HRMS, and Self Service.
OLM (Oracle Learning Mgmt.), and OTL (Oracle Time and Labor ) are NICE TO HAVE !
Must have some testing tools knowledge, whether it be Mercury, HP Quality Center, or other !!
Responsibility for developing, executing and maintaining test scripts in line with the agreed Test Approach and Test Plans.

Strong test analyst skills as well as experience working with end-users to support User Acceptance Testing. Test Analyst skills should include:
Experience of Oracle E-Business Suite R11i / R12 covering a number of the following modules: HRMS; OTL; OLM, Talent and Performance Management
Experience of contributing to test plans
Experience developing and executing test scenarios / use cases
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Knowledge of working with test management tools e.g. HP Quality Center, Mercury, etc.
An excellent understanding of test delivery processes (test execution, defect management etc.)
Experience with database queries / SQL
General Knowledge of HR Statutory Requirements
