Description Web Developer:
Demonstrated experience in using Rational Toolsets (Requisite Pro, Clear Case, Clear Quest, Rational Design, RAD, RSA, RSM) to deliver systems. ***
Prefer 3+ years of experience in Rational Toolsets ***
Demonstrated experience with large-scale distributed systems using message queues, SOA and related technologies ***
Demonstrated experience in Test Driven Development using test frameworks
Demonstrated experience in Java - Business Services and Presentation(Java, J2EE, Spring, Struts, JSF, JQuery, Spring Batch, Web Services, EJB, WebSphere, Maven, JUnit, Code Coverage, Profiling, Performance Tuning) technologies. ***
Prefer 5+ years of experience in development using these technologies.
Demonstrated experience in data modeling, database design and working with RDBMS like Oracle, DB2 and/or SQL Server***
Demonstrated experience in mentoring, coaching associates in various aspects including technology and adoption of technology
Demonstrated planning, analytical, problem-solving skills
Strong understanding of project life cycle methodology (agile, waterfall) and procedures in building and supporting large complex systems
Demonstrated experience to work with various leads to provide level of effort estimates for various projects and tasks
Demonstrated knowledge of systems and application technologies and architecture
Demonstrated experience in working with various geographically diverse associates and vendor partners
Demonstrated experience with application servers and corresponding development tools, build tools, and configuration management practices
Demonstrated experience to work on new development along with maintenance projects and initiatives
Vertical: Healthcare Experience or Insurance Experience Preferred
