Position:Data Architect Healthcare
Location:Des Moines, IA
Duration:6+months
Responsibilities:
Works with IT and business staff to formulate data architecture and designs
Develops architecture models and technical standards as it relates to data.
Appropriate working experience (5+ years) working with data warehousing architecture (including staging, integration, warehouse and data mart platforms; associated ETL design and toolset)
Appropriate working experience (5+ years) producing 3rd Normal Form and Star Schema models
Working experiences in a defined system development life cycle with appropriate responsibilities associated to a data architect
Develop and document architectural standards in the enterprise data architecture discipline
Ability to facilitate and lead solution design activities
Any experience with a health insurance payer and ICD-9/ICD-10 is extremely beneficial.
This Architect will be assigned to various aspects of the ICD-9, ICD-10 conversion project.
